It’s very important that you have an opportunity to practice coaching and receive feedback from an instructor so you can be officially reviewed and certified. For that reason, we give you 10 private Coach Instructor Sessions to schedule at your convenience as you go through Coach Certification. We highly encourage you to use these sessions to ask questions, coach the coach, receive feedback, and review your Certification Requirements.

Certification is earned at Speak by Design. We only certify coaches who can demonstrate they are using the tools correctly. To confirm mastery, you must complete your submissions, a self assessment, final test, and interview.
